Winters children

by Lenny   Mar 28, 2007

Skies are cemented
And their crayon scribbles
Conceal former allies
The dirt-rubbed hills

Laughing the rain
Scrapes grey down windows
Cackling leaves
Take suicide plunge

And chaotic winds
Re-paint the seaside
While torrential swells
Tongue terrain

Screaming sand is beaten
Into clay submission
While shore is clouted
By fisted waves

Clouds come livid
Throwing daggers
Pierce the horizons
In fiery tantrum

Once more it is winter
And storm child visits
Unpacking his chaos
All over the bay. . .
