Sight

by Patterson   Mar 30, 2007

He lays there every night in his bed thinking of only her, how he wishes he could wake up in the morning with her in his arms, wishing that every night he knows she will be there in the mornings. he wishes that one day she will be his, that one day his love will escalate to her, and her love will be for him. A day goes by with so much as just glances towards her, she takes no notice but he quivers when she's around. Talking to her his voice is dry and croaky. She never notices the wishing and dreams in his eyes, the want of affections that shines towards her. she wishes to wake up in his arms every morning, wishes to know he loves her, but she fails to notice, fails to notice the love and longing to giver her affection, until the day she saw him laying in the casket, eyes open, then she saw, she saw the wonders he had, the love for her, then she saw him.........
