Questions of the heart

When the thoughts of us,
come into mind i wonder what happened.

Did the fighting get to you like it got to me?
Did the pressure of my best friend conflict with your feelings?
Was it your ex girlfriend or your best friend?
Was it my ex boyfriend?
Did my suicidal ways scare you?
Or the fact that you just weren't ready for me?
Was either of us ready for one another?

All these questions are always in my head. Do they ever interrupt your thoughts the way they do mine?
