That Safe Place

I want to go to that safe place
With my arms open wide
Release all of my fears
and let go of all my pride

You are all I know and love
But should I want to
love you then watch you destroy me?

It's an all too familiar game
Lessons were learned but I run back to that safe place to shed my tears and confide in your strength
