Malicious intentions

by Jade Shadow Rose   Apr 2, 2007

I think to myself,
While I ready my blade,
Wondering what they'd think,
Knowing this night won't turn to day,

I speedily run past,
As though I wasn't there,
Knowing when to stop,
and when to disappear,

I slip past the guards,
To my own palace,
To torture my prey,
To fill them with malice,

My hatred for them,
Keeps me patient at will,
Knowing that cutting their throat,
Wouldn't be better....still,

I would enjoy their deaths,
For every moment that they suffer,
Knowing that they couldn't awake,
From this eternal slumber,

Knowing that this nightmare,
Will keep them from coming back,
Knowing how to end it all,
Is what keeps me from giving slack.
