My Place

by Taylor   Apr 4, 2007

Hazy longing, sweetly sing-song-ing
never stopping, yet always pausing
to take in the view, to smell the flowers,
to lose myself in this place for hours.

A generous finding, a lonely shining,
I grow in this place, my personal unwinding
to escape to the limits of earth and sky,
to find who I am, and to grasp my own high.

Magnifcently written well worded poem, the flow was smooth, stayed on track, all in all i thought it was a great read, keep up the good work.
