I seem to cry every time you leave,
i see your smile every time i breathe.
You hold me close as i close my eyes.
and as i open them i see my surprise.
I would lay the world at your feet,
And if only i could i would feel no defeat.
You could give me riches or promise me gold,
but all i want is to be the one that you hold.
