You won't Forget

by Pyrovengance   Apr 4, 2007

The seasons are painted across your face
A cover for the scar left by her kiss.
The marks left by her touch
still trail across your skin,
As an ever glowing reminder
of the darkness she left in her wake.
She was the definition of special,
You gave her your whole life.
A year of known heartache,
It is the sacrifice you would make all over again.
You gave her a gift,
An eternal reminder of your undying love.
A ring, that gave her power over you,
An incentive to bring her back...
For just one more day
To teach yourself how to hold back tears once more
You don't want to miss her...
But she was everything to you
And you won't ever forget.
