Traitor

How does it feel to hold her in your arms
knowing this isn't where she belongs
You know she's dating your best friend
this thing you've got with her is so wrong
He told you he was getting suspicious
that she might be seeing another guy
It was just one little kiss that you shared
so technically you didn't actually lie
She doesn't care what he says about this
she can deny everything with a couple of tears
But you've been there for each other forever
you two have been best friends for years

So while you and her are alone sharing a kiss
He's probably pacing back and forth by the phone
You're enjoying the feeling of her company
and he's driving himself crazy being alone
You need to push her away and call him now
tell him everything that you and her have done
Tell him how sorry you are for this mistake
and you wish everything could be undone
Because you'll know what will happen if you don't
every where you turn you'll be haunted his face
She doesn't mean that much to you
and a best friend can't be replaced

*personally, I don't think this poem is so great, so I don't expect to get good votes. I figured I'd submit it any ways.
