One word, many meanings

by steel99   Apr 13, 2007

I'm in love, I'm loved for, I'm being loved, and I have love
What is love, I feel it, so let's dissect it,
If your being prized by another then you're never neglected,
My love I have for love, you better respect it,
If you change love, my prior love status will reflect it,

I'm in love, I'm loved for, I'm being loved, and I have love,
This love never lies; pure integrity all the way to the end,
A eternal sensation, remains here and within,
Unfaithful blemishes accommodates unmentionable bends
Bringing forth hate, loves opposite; mended with sin

I'm in love, I'm loved for, I'm being loved, and I have love,
It makes, it's shaken, it breaks, and it's taken, more than a few have felt
Funny feelings head to toe, below or just above the belt
Many moons and stories proclaim the ways it's dealt,
Never a replicate like bruises, scars, scratches or welts,

I'm in love, I'm loved for, I'm being loved, and I have love,
I've walked in pride; head high, in love with girls,
Breaking hearts for my own happiness, inevitably changing my world,
It's worth a search or returned with a hurl,
Your stride varies mine,
In it or being it,
Hang on
Love is a hell
Of a whirl.

I Love...
