My Shattered Heart

I await for the day to end
So I can rest my head
There's more life that's coming
There's so much more ahead.

The past was filled with troubles
the future will be too
But somehow I forget these things
When I am here with you.

You brought so many memories
That lasted all this time
But so much is different
What you did seems like a crime.

Things were completely perfect
Until life reached that part
You told me it was over
And that shattered my heart!
