Shadows

I was sleeping in the shadows of my own heart
Dwelling in the pain that we were apart,
A love so far but yet so strong
In your arms is where I belong
My thoughts of you never grew thin
Memories overlapping no-matter how grim
Your smell
Your taste
Your gentle touch
Your sensual eyes I missed so much!
I could never loose the love we have found
The laughter the smiles, the beautiful sounds.
