This piece is almost like a love movie script. The boy that had to move away and leave the girl behind, finally returns to find his love still waiting. Unfortunately for the reader - we don't find out what ever happened .. this leaves me feeling like I've read a book, only to find out the last page is missing.

I think the flow of this is absolutely spot on, it's so graceful from one stanza to the next. You barely even notice the breaks.

I feel I must tell you .. the title leaves a bit to be desired. I don't see how the title quite fits the text. I would (personally) have gone for a title that best describes his return. "Anticipation"? or something along those lines.

To look at the overall piece, it is simply beautiful - intensified by the fact that this is a true story.
