My Everything

by Scott Hudson   Apr 19, 2007

"My Everything" I breathe as I let her go,
My sunshine speaks through the chilled air,
Her voice an angels chorus parting the clouds for a new moon,
I say back sweet nothings hoping for a bigger meaning,
My sunshine shines brightly,
But as she leaves my darkness returns to the still and cold night,
Then I realize my love for her will guide me in the dark like a beacon in the night,
For I Love Her with all of what I am,
And just wish I could show it in the magnitude of its greatness,
but maybe, just maybe, I'll have the chance another day.
