A love so deep, Never to be forgotten In my heart it seeps And in my soul it softens To know a love so kind Letting it go I never would know It consumed body, soul and mind Got to let it flow Darkness crept quiet, slow Admitting my weakness, flawing my pride My heart failed to know He is what I wanted to complete this life Not needing, but knowing For my life, this was the puzzle piece The piece was invisible, not for showing Finally this forgotten soul could be released Together, yet again I found more than a love so deep But a companion, a friend No dreams from now on could be too steep
