Forget how to forget

I sit in front of this screen
trying to get rid of my feelings
in hopes that maybe one day
ill forget how to feel
how to care
how to love and be loved
but i cant

till then i will keep my mouth behind the glass
wait, light it up, and then pass

its that high, that keeps me going
its that high that keeps these words flowing

so ill sit in front of this screen and forget
but no matter how much i try
you get more and more beautiful

for while all that fumed up hell
is in my system helping me forget

the wonder of your beauty consumes my heart
and makes me remember what i tryed to forget

a day in my life with out you
is a million hells burning at the tip of my heart
