Only One

There's only one person for me
The one who loves me and just let's me be
Let's me be the way that I am
The way I am is difficult to explain
But the only person for me understands my pain
He understands because he's gone through it before
He understands and tries to stop my bleeding on the floor
The only one for me has those beautiful green eyes
And he holds me close as i continuesly cry
The only one for me helps me through it all
He helps pick me up after I fall
He's always there when i need him most
He's just a phone call away or a few feet close
He has the warmest embrace
And when i'm with him there's no greater place
I dream about him constantly, just being there by his side
At least i know that I really tried
I won't walk away feeling like it was a waste of time
Because for at least a moment he was mine
I won't regret I single word said or an action done
Because he's the only one who never left me alone
If something happens and he and I aren't meant to be
I'll still look back at what we used to be
Every event, every moment, every secret
In my heart he'll be kept
Every spoken word, will be remembered
Because the only one for me will always be in my mind forever
