A mothers day poem

by A girl broken until   Apr 27, 2007

My mother my dear
The Saviour of my life
When I was with you I had nothing to fear
Even when I was in trouble or terrible strife

You were always there to help me
You were my shining star
And though I never used to see
What an amazing person you really are!

Every time I came to cry
You were always there
Always so close by
You taught me many things like how to love and â??always shareâ??

As the times grow old
So will we
But ill treasure every moment like gold
With you in every memory

Youâ??ve been with me through every yard and mile
There is way to much that i want to say,
i hope this makes you smile
every single day

Great gift to give for a mothers day pressie, she would have loved it im sure. Great poem, the flow really worked. did i detect an underlying current of sadness though?
    5/5 from me.
