From the bottom of my heart I know this much is true,
I have never loved anyone as much as I love you.
From the day that we first met the first thing that was on my mind,
was the fact that not only did I know I loved you but knowing that you were going to be mine.
The closeness we felt from miles away,
we both sensed that neither you or I would stray.
All my life I searched for unconditional love,
I wished and I prayed to my angels above.
My wishes have been granted I've been given a fresh start,
this time I will live each day to its fullest with you in my heart,
as for the next few years we will be living apart.
People ask if it's worth the wait,
I reply "Yes it is as we were brought together by fate".
How can I thank all my angels above,
for bringing me here to the man I love.
But now as the days come closer to the day I must go,
I will live each minute, hours and days missing you ever so.
I waited all my life for you to come,
a few more years of waiting will be worth us becoming one.
