We took a walk down the bay
It was very cool and fine
It was just such a wonderful day
But i wondered what i did wrong this time
"You`re not good enough"
He started to say
my eyes filled with tears that shine
I looked into his eyes
But could not find
The man I once knew
The man that was mine
He handed me the divorce papers
and walked away
But I wondered still
