Tired of Waiting

I was waiting
You never said it
You never ended it
It just kept on going
The long wait never paid off
I don't know if I can wait
No more being broken
No more wondering
I don't know if I can wait longer
I've waited for years
You never did it
I waited and it never left
I waited by your side
Through flames and death
Through fights and blood
I never left your side
I was waiting
I'm not waiting any longer
I'm tired of waiting
