It was easy to move on
It was easy to say goodbye
It was easy to forget you
It was easy not to cry

It was easy to let go
It was easy to say we're through
It was easy to laugh it off
It was easy leaving you

It was easy to finally give up
It was easy to be tough
It was easy to not look back
It was easy to say I've had enough

It was easy to be the heartbreaker
It was easy to scribble out your name
It was easy to make you regret
It was easy to let go of the pain

It was easy to not get jealous
It was easy to be strong
It was easy to look away
It was easy to forget our song

It was easy to roll my eyes
It was easy to ignore
It was easy to not worry
It was easy to not care anymore

    Great job on this piece. I like the repatition you used and how the last line changed.
    I hope you give this to the person you wrote it about.

    It was easy to not worry
    It was to not care anymore

    These lines are great.
    When you care about someone it is hard to let go of those feelings.
