Sunrise

A look out the window
A colorful sight

The start of a new day
More problems to arise

Drugs, rape, even greed
With the rise of the sun, new lives occur

So even as i write this very poem
Many crimes are committed

Some blood shed here and there
Some lives taken by the great affair

When the sun sets
More people are hurt, many families are broken

    Wow this is a very differnt unique poem, I really like it. Not very many people would look outside and think of that they would only think of their own life. You seem like a very caring person. I think I would call you a bleeding heart. I really liked how you took this poem and made it your own with your own twist. Nice job. the only critique I have is this line "So don't think think when the sun rises" get rid of the second think. I know its just a typo and we all make them. Nice job.
