Between now and then

by livingwith   May 17, 2007

Loving you is tricky, standing next to you holding your hand smiling from ear to ear
It's so simple, in your eyes in mine I love you

At home, your face missing, your presents I don't know if I miss you or if its true feelings
Hurt kicked down by today's trials
I want you, I miss you and trying to be strong, in a fragile shell
I say I don't need you
Just let it go and stand alone
It seems to hurt more, when your not here to comfort me and remind me I'm wrong
Wrong to think such things and tomorrow can't come soon enough when I see your face
And tell you how I hurt
The way you hold me
The way you kiss me
The way you only wish you could have been there to help

It hurts, and I cry, when I feel alone and I only want you to save me and when you can't
I know you cant, yet inside I don't understand I shun you, because I want you

I have you
But loving you is tricky
