Thinking is Unnecessary

It was at that time I first knew,
you looked at me and I, you.

I felt something I knew would change my life,
a light flashed before my eyes.

We went on like 2 beautiful people in love and strong,
ignoring both lives we lived in other words were wrong.

My feelings I kept inside were tearing me apart,
when I know you tried and tried to get me talk.

It wasn't until the going got tough and we let go,
when I realized how my heart beat was slow.

You left me and broke it off a couple times,
but for some reason I knew that wouldn't last,
for I was yours and you were mine.

I laughed and so did you, until you finally told me what was right with you. Those words,"I'm in love with someone else" could kill a charging bull.

I had no choice but to do what I could,
for there was no reason we should or would be together, you finally had the guts to tell me your heart
belong to another.

You always said I was cold and had no heart,
but the night that was said made my cold-filled heart
fall apart.

I won't lie about thinking about you and wishing you
were here...only cause I know your love to me was dear.

Its best to be with the one you love for it's better
than being with the one that is in love with "LOVE".
