Okay, this is beautiful. it feels so strong and deep, yet it is fragile as well with it's sadness.
(i don't know if that makes sense) it is the perfect thing to read at his funeral. no mother, dead or alive would not want to hear this about themselves. i wish i could write that well. 5/5

This was a great write, the fact you wrote it for someone you loved about some they loved dearly makes it personal and special.
That alone makes it a good poem.

But about the actual poem;

I loved you choice of words in some stanzaz.
Some were a little land but worked out fine.
It didn't seem forced, except maybe once or twice but then it flowed perfect.

Wow.. I am sorry for your loss. This poem is heartwrenching yet extremely beautiful. The emotions in this poem are so strong and wonderful, yet very very sad. It speaks of a love only parents and children can have, that special kind of love. I hope all goes well for. The rhyming in this poem is wonderful and doesn't hinder the flow at all.
