Stolen Moments

by Eric Zollman   May 30, 2007

Stolen Moments, Passing too quickly by
Thy trepid heart Fluttering still

My feverish soul, akin to thine eyes
Like unto my Dreaming heart awoke

Pray thee not, The glory of tomorrow
As the summer moon is hanging low

Have pity, for I'm lost in thy Beauty
Forsaken now as I have ever been

All this world, If it was mine to give
Yet alas I have little and am poor

Passionate Verse, as sweetly I express
All of ink and paper at its best

Tender Heartache, Oh now fly astray
Leave me in thy idle faltless love
