My broken heart
how can you
i love you
was that really true

love
how can that word exist
don't think you can mend
my heart with a kiss

come back to me
is that what i'm suppose to say
these kind of words like
i wish you could be with me someday

never again
will these words slip out of these lips
don't take control of my heart
to me you no longer exist

these hands
that you won't ever see again
us
has already reached a dead end

    Nice one. i like the contrast between ur feelings for this guy and ur attitude... he must have hurt you in a real bad way for u seem to still love him but u seem to be obligated to cut him off. yeah really like that about this poem.. 4/5
