What a wonderful piece you have penned. Heartache is the worst pain to withstand. Imagery and word choices are excellent.

Yet they fall
In tiny rivulets
Feeding my stream of despair
Carrying me on to the river of heartache

This is one of the saddest poems I've read- it captures so much emotion, one can't help but feel all you've poured into this poem and I know I, as well as many others can relate to this. Fantastic images, but it is the overwhelming emotion that washes over one upon reading it. Excellent poem.
