WAITING, WAITING!

by windylittlestorm   Jun 4, 2007

Crying soft tears,
her pillow is soaked with sadness,
for the one she loves has left.

Full with wonderous dreams for their future,
now become her past.
And soon her love will too.

Counting every moment,
every night,
every day,
every kiss,
every word that he'd say.

She sits on her chair of love and sadness,
and holds her knees close to her chest.
Her legs become a waterfall of tears,
and her toes a dropoff.

Drenched in her sadness,
she sits and waits.
Waiting and Waiting
for her love to come home.
