Come sit on my right

by gavin   Jun 5, 2007

My eyes are blinded by your mist of loveliness,
The mist thickens and I fall day by day.
Not knowing the effects,
It clouded my mind with affections.

Sitting by the shores with pristine waters washing up my feet
Gazing at the cold bright stones above,
They are so alluring like your eyes.

Lying on the powdered sand,
Staring at the sky above,
Clouds swaying stars are shining,
As if they are communicating.

But I was alone,
No one was lying beside me,
No one was there to admire the glittering stars with me.
As much as I love to star gaze, I was alone.
But yet there is a smile in my heart,
As the stars resemble your dazzling eyes.

I look to the sea, washing up the shore,
Touching the sand in a warm-hearted way.
In the most gentle way, I was alone,
But yet there is a smile in my heart,
As this is how I want to hold you saying everything will be okay.

Then comes the wind rustling through the leaves,
As if speaking to each other softly and calm,
The wind came and gave a cooling breeze.
Touching my skin softly, I was alone,
But yet there is a smile in my heart,
As I would whisper sweet nothings in your ears,
And be that cooling breeze to calm your storm.

As much as I can say, I am still alone,
Come seat on my right.
And we can do all the above.
