You can run and jump.
You can smile and frown.
But what ever you do,
Dont fall down.

You can climb a mountain.
You can swim in the sea.
But what ever you do,
Remember to believe.

You can spell and talk.
You can listen and hear.
But what ever you do,
Its ok to shed a tear.

You can kick and punch.
You can scream and cry.
But what ever you do,
Dont let darkness pass you by.

You can play a game.
You can lose a fight.
But what ever you do,
Dont let yourself out of sight.

You can love a person.
You can show them how to be free.
But what ever you do,
Dont let it be anyone but me.
