The Environment

by Chettie Danao   Jun 7, 2007

As the leaves fall from a tree
the wind blows it and its glee
together with the flowers that blooms brightly
as the grasses sways lightly

the clouds colored with blue
my eyes stick like a glue
as the birds fly high
it shades the blue color of the sky

how will i protect these creatures?
if all the human destroy its features
how will i not harm them?
love, care, and protect them?

forests, lands, and the pacific
must be saved, cleaned and not sulfuric
care not less with our surroundings
it is important in our living

soon this will say goodbye
if we didn't take care of it and let die
give love to the environment
and it will give us forever happiness and settlement..

I read your poem and found it quite an easy read and a pleasant piece. Keep up the good words. May the ebb and flow of your thoughts and emotions find a good spot to call home.
