I thought that I could never recover,
Never find happiness or trust another guy
After this past one, I didn't open my heart
Until I finally realized, he's not going to hold me back
That's when I found you
You seem so perfect even though you're not
All the qualities that I look for in a man,
I found them all in you and even more
At first we were friends
Now my feelings are strong
I want to give it a try
But, what should I say
I don't know what to do
Walking up to you out of the blue and telling you,
It's not an option
But there isn't much time left
And before I go I want you to know
But how, some way this message has to get to you
And then things can be figured out
So I guess this is my way of telling you...
That I like you..but more than a friend

    I really like this poem. The way I would tell him would be to give this to him. I thought I would never find another man after my divorce and the things that I went through, but I did and he is the best thing that has happened to me. I was scared to open my heart up to him, but it just happened. Sorry that I am going on with this all but keep up the good work your friend Maranda
