Only One

For one can only say how much they feel
but its my necessity to tell you just a little
but on what my heart cannot conseal
I wish to say all but all cannot be said for words cannot be said for all that I see, I feel.

For my God is so great that He gave me this place
deep down in my heart a special friendship
it seems friends come and go
but no not this one its to great to replace

For on can only say what they think they should say
but no not you, your words are true in all that you do
I know and You know that we all make mistakes
so thankfully God took our place.

For I say "Hello my lindo friend be by me till the end,
and never let this world bring you down, my heart it
at rest to know that your there to be my best friend
to see your gentle smile bring this world to shame.

For i know of this place which keeps this feeling alive
I know of this red lace which keeps it tide inside
I know its Gods gift to keep us here in this special place
were there is this feeling that keeps us doing our best in all that we face.

For I pray today that both you and I
can grow in the Love which Christ bestows
that every day we face we may be strong
and rise up from everything that is below
and see the firm hand of God arise forever more.
