Do u remember when u came to my house on new years? it was our whole group but when i caught u looking my way it was as if the whole world disappeared and it was just u and me.

Do u remember the long talks on the phone? we would talk for hours. though it seemed like seconds. it was just a crush back then, but would it grow into something more? or just fade away?

Do u remember when u pulled me away? into the dark hallway? to be alone. just for a second to be close to u. for u to wrap your arms around me tight. it was then that i knew. this isn't just a crush its something more.

Do u remember when we came out again just so i could feel your lips on mine. i knew it was wrong. if my parents found out, they would never trust me again. but we went out into the hallway anyway. for u i would take the risk

i gave u my heart, but then...suddenly u pulled away. later i find out that there was another. did u hold her like u held me and whisper sweet things in her ear. now i sit here in school thinking, asking myself...can i trust again?
