i'm sorry for letting you go

i'm sorry if it took so long for me to know

i'm sorry for hurting you this much

im sorry i loved you too much.

i know its causing you pain

but i just can't bear you hurting me again

i thought we would be together forever

but after my last tear fell i knew it was time

to surrender.

time and time again you were the one who has always

let me go,

i've gotten so used to it, that now it's my turn to

leave you so.

you know how much i loved you

and it's breaking my heart in two

to walk away from the man, who taught me

what love was

and tell him that this too shall pass...

but i've made my decision and there's no

turning back now

i've had it w/ the pain, rejection and tears..

and now i want out.

i need to walk away from all this to rediscover

myself and my whole being...

i'm sorry for leaving.. but it's time for a new beginning...

though i still don't know, how i'll ever pick up

the pieces of my life you've torn apart
