Because of the words you forgot to say

I sit here and write
Lines that don't make sense
I write of what i thought i knew
Knowing my heart is not yours to miss

And It hurts to know
That you didn't care
You abanded and left me
All for despair

Making your own decisions
Those good and bad
Making me see reality,
That before I never had

I am better now
Better than ever before
So for that I thank you
And I can no longer ignore

You said you didn't love me
So I turned the other way
Now I'm turning back
Because of the words you forgot to say
