Engaged and Underage

"Will you marry me?" he said,
with a smile on his face
"yes" she replies
knowing it's the right way

They just made a binding promise
excitment racing through both
he looks into her eyes
she already knows

"I love you with everything I am"
he says, and squeezes her tight
she closes her eyes
everything feels so right

They carry on this way
hoping everything stays true
but they both know there will come a day
where they won't know what to do to

The next day comes
awakening in each others arms
I love you are the first words
filled with so much heart

The feelings they share
have never been so strong
they'll get married one day
together they'll always belong
