Loves Kiss

A girl so strong and graceful and as gorgeous as can be.
I sit and wonder why she would want a girl as plain as me.

I love her more than words can seem to even say.
My love for her just seems to flourish more and more each day.

There's nothing great or grand about anything I possess.
To me I'm just an average girl the same as all the rest.

But, I thank god every night for the angel that he has sent.
And for all the time together that has yet to be spent.

Because deep down in my heart I know this is meant to last.
And still I opened up my heart to her regardless of my past.

In the future I see her and I together getting old.
Telling stories to our grandchildren of adventures still untold.

I see us getting married on an island on a beach.
Her and I share a love that no one can even teach.

Without her I cannot function, she is the blood that runs through my veins.
She is in all my thoughts and dreams, she is what keeps me sane.

I ask god everyday what I did to deserve a lover such as this.
