As the light of day begins to fade
I wonder how long you'll be,
To accept my proposal to be your man
And to live your life with me,

For its been quite a few,wonderful years
That we have shared together,
And all I ask from you my dear
Is to prolong it for the better,

I've fought myself and many others to make us last forever
And now I see that its the time
To spend our lives together

Now all I ask is one easy question
But I doubt what the answer will be,
Just listen up and hear me out
Cuz I want you to marry me.....

    Beautiful poem. Its funny how, one question can change your life forever. If you have fought in the name of love, to keep it alive, you know its true. Loved this one.
