A road trip poem is where you are on a trip, outside, in the car, anywhere and you pick out words on billboards, cars, stores, etc. and you make a poem of each word. You have one word in one line of each stanza. The longer your word list the longer your poem.

I saw a tall girl
She was as beautiful as a star
She was standing right here
This girl was my world
All she does is understanding
I don't know how
A person with trucks like me got her
She was red hair
And a beautiful child
She worked on a ranch
Where she has feelings to express
