Finally Over

I find that I'm hating myself
because of how much I like you.
It's like all the feelings I have for you diminish all common sense.
You say some things that i try to ignore
but the truth is deep down they hurt me!
At times I try hard to hate you
but it's just something I can't do
When I don't hear your voice
I find myself missing you.
If it was somebody else who treats me the way you do
I would stop talking to them
but it's not something I can do with you.
I believe that one day you'll push me too far
and that'll be the day we no longer talk.In all honesty
I'll miss the things we do
but the love I have for myself is greater
than the love I have for you...
You love to constantly bring up things from the past
and it seems like you want to change me from who I am
When I reflect on all the things you used to do
I won't cry,
but smile
because our relationship is through! :)
