"Is there any hope for us?
Darling, I see the sun rising over the darkness of my doubts,
And water flowing in the land of draught.
" these lines were beautiful in verse and meaning. The depth from which you speak this subject is apparent; if not personally then sympathetically.

I believe we have that in common-always hopeful we will have captured the heart.

How can we share a common ground?
When I am the shades and shadows of olive brown,
And you are the only white diamond in my crown.

Loved this stanza, Great poem friend, 5/5. Yes what do we have if we loose hope, I do believe that sums it up nice, and its so true.

Wow... This is a very touching and heartfelt poem. I could feel the emotions you've expressed... and if this is a true story it is very heartbreaking yet interesting. I love the way you wrote this poem. Well done!
