Much to Dare

A friend accepts us as we are,
Helps us be what we can be,
Affirms us when we're weak
And gives us strength to set us free.

When friends encounter sufferings
We can help them if we're near,
Some may need a word of comfort
And theres just a listening ear.

Be true for there are those who trust you,
Be pure for there are those who care.
Be strong for there is much to suffer
And be brave for there is much to dare.
