I can really relate to this piece (in fact I have a poem titled 'And Always I Dream Alone' which expresses almost the same mood and meaning expressed in the last stanza of this poem). This really captures the sadness and despair of losing someone. The emotion is so powerful in this. A touching piece very well written.
