You Never Understood

by Domino0792   Jul 22, 2007

In our picture, don't we look good?
Its just a pity you never understood.
Hope her lips taste like bittersweet acid.
God, I bet you thought I was placid.
Hope when you touch her,
She moves further.
Hope she burns you.
And finds someone new.
In our picture, don't we look good?
Its just a pity you never understood.
Its been some time since we last spoke.
But I know she is going to choke.
She will flip, and cast you away.
Guess it just couldn't stay.
I'll be here, waiting on you.
But you are one of a few.
In my picture, doesn't he look good?
Its just a pity YOU never understood.
I moved on while you cast on.
One mistake, caused you two losses.
In my picture, doesn't he look good?
Its just a pity you never understood.

Such a great poem, starts off one way then ends up looking thru a different person's eyes. well done, great flow and the emotion was electric!
