Holy living cow! That was so awesome! I love it! It was the best nature poem I have ever read. I liked the steady flow and the way it sounded when I read it aloud. It also painted a very perfect image of Shalom in my head. You wrote this before then, but thats what I see when I read it. Great job! Keep it up!!!

Great poem. The flow remains steady througout the poem, but it seems as though the rhyme scheme bounces in and out near the end. Loved the imagery, and the word choices. Wonderfully written, especially for such a short, compact poem! Congratulations on Poet of the Week #10!
