Is It Truly Love?

by Cody Cunningham   Jul 26, 2007

I spend my time, thinking, wondering, what's next? I'm confused and unsure of what will come of this. Have I made a mistake? You think you love me, but is your love true? I'm seperate from you for this time I have filled of confusion, Not but a few hours pass, an it seems I'm lost without you. Through the time we've shared, I've grown to be happy with you. Though I spend my time thinking, of what things will be like and can I pull through? I'm the first, who's made you feel this happy, could your words of love, be but first attraction. I'm the first guy who's made you feel these feelings of joy, so how do you know it's love if you've never shared your life with any other boy? I wish it were true, that you loved me as I seem to love you. Although you may think it is, how can it be anything other than simple attraction? While I've been with many and know I care for you, you cannot say the same. No matter what you say, you can't love me as I love you. I am the first guy you've shared your life with, therefore how can you say love only me? I wish you knew how flawless my love is for you, maybe through time you'll see, that I loved you more than you could ever think you possibly loved me.
