I Want to Know

I want to know why my mom didn't think of the consequences of having unprotected sex with my father.

I want to know the reason my dad left my mom when she got pregnant.

I want to know why many men are not responsible enough to take care of their children.

I want to know why my mom decided to have me and become a single mother.

I want to know where my dad is at this moment.

I want to know if my dad has other children and me other brothers and sisters who I don't know about.

But most of all I want to know if some day, in the future, I will have the chance to see my father face to face and tell him that thanks to my mom, who was always there to support me and lead me through the right path, I am what I am. That at first I really needed him, and probably if he would of stayed by my side I wouldn't of had to go through all the hard times I went. But a the end he wasn't that necessary, because I surmounted all the obstacles in my life without him.
